Not worth returning, they are cheap. but they are REALLY CHEAP quality. I CAN use one of the cables, the others do not connect well. I am going to shave down the plastic that is around the contacts slightly to see if it will connect better, but I think it cannot properly connect to the watch as the "Guide" that centers the contacts also seem to hold the connector too far away. Even a few thousandths shaved off the plastic surrounding the contacts might be enough, but i should not have to modify these to get them to work. I continually get errors in charging from these cords right off the power supply I got with the Ionic. The Stock cord works fine, these cords (two out of three) on the SAME SUPPLY will not. It complains it will take too long to charge. And it does. About 5 times as long as they are not connecting well and not enough current getting to the watch. (Or the wires inside the insulation are so cheap and tiny they cannot carry enough current to charge it right.)I bought these cables to have multiple brightly colored cables at work and home to recharge my Fitbit ionic. When I use these cables with my laptop to recharge my Fitbit, I get a Fitbit message that there is not enough charge available. Although the Fitbit will eventually, slowly read 100%, it is without a charge in a few hours. My actual Fitbit Ionic brand cable works fine. I recommend you buy a replacement cable from the actual Fitbit manufacturer. All items that I bought from the seller were described in detail well. I am happy with the product and I will buy again from the seller.Only one of the three wires (the green one) work with the ionic. You will be buying a vastly inferior product if you purchase this cord. I'd give this product a .000003 stars if they had true evaluations. Don't waste your money..
