Did most of what it's supposed to. HOWEVER...... It did not recognize the SD card when inserted, and when my phone was charging, watch would beep and show the UI screen as pictured. Any activities on the watch were cancelled so the UI screen could display. Very annoying and will be returned. Took a chance and got what was expected. Although was hoping for more with all the "great" reviews.The watch appears to have a lot of great untapped potential. Unfortunately, the documentation consists of tiny print on a handful of tiny pages. The instructions leave out a lot of basic operations or get them wrong. As others have said, there is an instruction to visit the web page indicated by the QR code on the watch, but my browser indicates that site is dangerous. This is far from a problem-free product.I doesn't do half what it advertises. It's very basic. The sim slot is only for big sim cards. Most sims these days are micro. U cant respond to messages or really do anything with it via bluetooth style. Really a waste of money and will be returning. Very disappointed but guess u get what u pay for.Nice smartwatch for the price. I have had other smartwatches and the installation for this is pretty easy. Screen resolution is nice. As it says, you need a SIM card to use some functionality, but I can get text messages, calls, reply etc with bluetooth to my Galaxy 8.It seems some of these negative reviews are just user training issues. Customer support seems to be attentive .I could not get to the site to operate the watch when i scan it it's saying something about a harmful app and something about being able to track meI need a memory card.It started I need a sim card and whe I put one in it still didnt work.I am extremely disappointed. If I could gove 0 stars, I would and very gladly, too. I had it for LESS THAN 24 hours, and it quit working. It just went and died. It was fully charged, too. And the app has serious problems. It sends notifications for EVERYTHING!!! You actually have to go in the app and manage the notifications... Like when you're charging your phone. I got a notification every 15 seconds. Overall, a very crappy experience.
