This is a great radio it went into a 2012 BMW E93. Takes a little bit to put it in and also a little bit to figure out how it all works but it is well worth it. It has a couple of hiccups like switching from Android side of the radio to the iDrive it will activate your split screen on the iDrive side. But it's great because now I have a backup camera touch screen and it looks very up-to-date. The one thing I'm very impressed with is in the description it says you need a XTRONS Car Auto Play Mini Dongle USB Android Auto Receiver Adapter to work the Android auto. That is not the case, that is not needed and mine connects wirelessly. For a nice little upgrade for not a lot of money for your BMW this is a great radio to do that with.Installed system with DVR, TPD, ODB, Backup Camera - Had to get support for instructions on how to install and configure accessories which I received relatively quickly - then within a week of getting MOST of the accessories working, the USB ports died - then I could not get any more responses from Support.They have ignored my last 5+ emails and had to ask Amazon for a exception return - I bought this unit in July 2022, installed Aug 2022 and by the end of August the ports stopped working which means that the accessories using the USB also no longer work and XTRONS refused to honor 1 yr warranty or provide support or even a response.I took me over 12 hours to install this system into my car and it will take significant time to put a replacement in place - why does the Tech Support team not respond since Sept 16, 2022?Would not recommend making the effort to install a system that dies within 2 months and no support.The unit is really nice, took some time to install and trying to figure out how to get everything else going. The customer service was good they helped a lot but the only thing there is no number to call them everything is through email. So if you want an answer to one of your questions, you would have to wait the next day for an email. But other then that the unit is really nice upgrade for my 2006 325xi E90Really easy to install. Display looks great.And the seller and xtrons are great in getting back to you.hooked everything up. And tested everything seems to be working backup camera radio auxiliary Wi-Fi. Works with PDC on BMW 5 Series. Resolution looks really good.No real good instructions but it's really easy to install took Maybe about 1 hour to run my GPS run my Wi-Fi and all other cables. Pretty simple self-explanatory soJust look at the connection in the back of your radio. You may have to pull one pain out and place it in the same location on the wiring harness. Only takes a few seconds to doStill got a lot more testing to do as there is a lot to this unit but everything I've seen so far I'm impressed I ordered another oneAs I have 2 BMW 5 SeriesCan’t access the mdrive settings on my m5 and car info doesn’t work I have to switch them back if I want into some settings in the car unfortunately. It probably work better for a standard 5 series car...can’t figure out the split screen yet I mostly use my phone for the hole device anyways.I liked the features and android play. I disliked that customer has not responded in a week and still can not fix issue with part of screen being cut off.Ships from Hong Kong. Never stated that in the description. Huge disappointmentFYI Amazon was out so hard to purchase it from competitor online retailer eBay. Anyway, awesome Android head unit, fit my BMW 335xi (pre LCI with CCC) perfect. Install isn't easy but the reward is worth it! Works with your aux but don't let that worry you the Qualcomm DAC is very good and sound quality is perfect, I did upgrade the Aux cable but the one it came with wasn't bad. Even better, Android auto works wirelessly, which is a game changer.You have to adjust some settings to scale the factory video to the screen (code to edit settings in the head unit was 1314 for me and I selected the E60 factory screen and it scales perfect now)Set a preset button to your Aux input and away you go.
